Refund policy

All eligible returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date to qualify for store credit.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your store credit details. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the return for processing.
